Brushes and cosmetics are non-refundable due to the nature of the products. We strongly suggest trying samples first or contacting us to see which product will work best for you.

If your order arrives damaged or missing an item please let us know right away. We want to correct the problem.

• Shipping & Delivery
•  Moi Mineral Cosmetics ships merchandise to locations within Canada, United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands, and to select International locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.



• Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
  
  Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. SHIPPING:

MoiCosmetics ships orders using Canada Post . Rates are determined by package size (number of items/size of box) and the zone in which you live. Generally, an order containing full-size products to Canada will cost 8.00- $13.00. An order shipped airmail to the United States (any state) will be around $4.95-$20.00. For international orders, airmail delivery is around $5.95-$25.00 and will take between 2-6weeks to be delivered. Airmail is the preferred delivery method for International orders.
